At a gala dinner at Proud Embankment last night we scooped some of the biggest accolades of the night at the Professional Pensions Rising Stars Awards 2019.
Our winners were:
Sara Protheroe, Chief Customer Officer - Excellence in Customer Services and Communication
David Rix, Member Services Payment Officer - Administrator of the Year
A double win for our Learning & Development and Financial Assistance Scheme training programmes - Training Scheme of the Year
Professional Pensions launched the Rising Star Awards to celebrate emerging talent in pensions. The awards recognise and identify the industry’s future leaders as well as highlighting the success of organisations that help to foster new talent and put the customer first.
“We firmly believe in growing our talent,” said Sharon Godfrey our Talent Development Manager. “We pride ourselves on our training, learning and development opportunities and our success in nurturing talent from the ground up.
Sara Protheroe, David Rix and our FAS training programme were all in recognised for the success of insourcing our FAS member services. Together with insourcing PPF member services this work has revolutionised the customer experience for our members. The judges said that Sara demonstrated "exceptional commitment to customer services.”
