We've shared more guidance for PPF and FAS members who wish to make a complaint.
We’re part of the Government’s Tell Us Once service. By using this service, we’ll be automatically notified of a bereavement. For more information, refer to our news story or visit the Government’s website.
You can also notify us of a bereavement of a PPF member, by completing our PPF bereavement notification form or calling us on 0330 123 2222 or +44 (0)208 633 4902. For FAS members, complete the FAS bereavement notification form or call us on 0330 678 0000 or +44 (0)208 406 2121.
Anyone can contact us using the free online British Sign Language interpreting service, SignLive.
To do so, you need to register for SignLive through the SignLive website or app. You can then contact us via SignLive and our team will be connected to an interpreter who relays the call to us.
