In October we became a Disability Confident Leader. This is a step up from Disability Confident Employer, which we had previously attained, and the highest level of accreditation.
It’s a fantastic achievement for us and means that we can continue to demonstrate that we employ from a wide pool of talent, as well as retain and develop opportunities for people with disabilities and other health conditions.
Being a Disability Confident Leader also means we now act as a champion for other businesses, encouraging them to follow our lead.
By reaching a wider group of prospective candidates, it also makes us an employer of choice for people with disabilities who might otherwise be struggling to find employment.
What else have we been working on?
Women in Finance
We recently shared our progress against the HM Treasury’s Women in Finance Charter, and we’re pleased to now have 42.4% of women in senior positions.

D&I groups
We continue to encourage employees to join our range of D&I groups. These groups offer a safe and supportive environment where everyone’s voices can be heard. It’s a great way to meet new people around the business and discuss shared experiences.
