Your s120 insolvency notice has been submitted. You’ll receive an email confirmation and a separate email specifying the pension schemes associated with the insolvent employer.

What's next?

We'll notify The Pensions Regulator (TPR) and liaise with the trustees of any occupational pension schemes. Within 28 days, we’ll determine whether the scheme will enter our assessment.
