The awards are open to those working for firms operating in the UK's occupational pensions industry, as well as those either working for or governing individual occupational pension schemes.
A winning night
We had five nominees shortlisted across six different categories, and we’re happy to reveal that we had a winner at last night’s virtual ceremony.
Congratulations to our Director of Performance Improvement, Lucy Ogan, who was awarded for Change Excellence of the Year.
Lucy has been at the very forefront of progress when it comes to delivering excellent customer service for our members. As Director of Performance Improvement she’s overseen the transition of FAS member services to our in-house operations, and as business sponsor to our Efficiency and Service Improvement Programme (ESIP), Lucy is helping to ensure we improve on our already impressive customer satisfaction scores.
Celebrating women in the industry
For the third year, the Professional Pensions Women in Pensions Awards shine a spotlight on the work of inspirational and ground-breaking women in the pensions industry.
Organisations and individuals were nominated across 17 categories, and a whopping 350 entry forms were received for this year's awards.
Congratulations to our other nominees Elaine Wiscombe, Laura Briggs, Kelly Mooan and Sarah Seear.
