Last night we were awarded the Pensions Administration Award for the second year running at the Pensions Age Awards.
This year the Pensions Age Awards celebrate the schemes and pension providers around the UK that have overcome challenges to deliver results in uncertain times.
The event was hosted, with limited attendance, at Grosvenor House in London.
"We're delighted to win the Pensions Administration Award for the second year running," said our Chief Customer Officer, Sara Protheroe. "Our Member Services team has worked incredibly hard throughout the pandemic to deliver excellent service for our members, who are at the heart of everything we do."
Customer satisfaction remains high
Despite adapting to remote working, our customer satisfaction scores have remained above 98 per cent throughout the pandemic. We've also worked hard to reassure members of our strong financial position, and our ability to continue delivering services.
'I would like to say that on the occasions I have had to deal with your staff, they've handled it superbly. Particularly in these circumstances and when one's pension is being threatened, the empathy, competence, capability and courteousness of your staff has been outstanding. Well done. Good training, good people!'
