I’m delighted to announce that Rodney Norman, Nailesh Rambhai and Anna Troup are joining our Board, bringing a broad range of highly relevant knowledge and experience.
Our commitment to deliver the best outcomes for pension schemes, members, and levy payers in volatile times remains resolute.
In this, the first year of our three year strategic plan, our goal is to set new standards for service, innovation and assurance while combining the best of the private and public sector.
These new appointments reflect these ambitions and we look forward to the fresh insight our new colleagues will bring.
Rodney has a strong finance background gained in industry, banking and more recently at HM Treasury and National Savings and Investments, along with significant non-executive experience.
Nailesh has worked closely with pension trustees and his strategic business experience, currently working as a senior executive for a Fortune 50 business, adds valuable perspective.
Anna is a qualified lawyer who brings over 20 years’ experience in financial services, asset management, investment banking, governance and operational risk. Their combined expertise will prove invaluable to the PPF.
I am also delighted to announce the appointment of Kate Jones as the Senior Independent Director following the retirement last month of Alan Jenkins. Kate has served on the PPF Board since 2016 and Chairs the Investment Committee.
In addition to Alan, Tom Joy and Rosemary Hilary have also recently stepped down from the Board at the end of their respective terms and Andrew McKinnon, Executive Director will also step down as he leaves the PPF at the end of September.
I’d like to thank them all for their significant contribution to the PPF and wish them well for the future.
