Help for members with tax questions

Your PPF or FAS payments are a taxable benefit. HMRC tells us which tax code to apply and this determines how much tax is deducted. 

If you have a tax-related question, you should contact HMRC for help first.

When contacting them make sure you quote our PAYE reference. PPF members should quote the PAYE reference 948/KZ68905. FAS members should quote the PAYE reference 406/JA34863.

You can check the tax code applied each month by viewing your payslip on the PPF website or FAS website. For all other member queries, you can contact us.
