Yesterday our Chief Executive, Oliver Morley was named as an LBGT Great 2021 Global Top 100 Executive Ally. The Top 100 is an annual recognition series to identify, recognise and celebrate executive leaders for their allyship in creating a diverse and inclusive culture within their organisations.
The nomination process ran throughout April, and nominees were revealed in a virtual event yesterday to celebrate global Pride in partnership with the Diversity Project and Investment Week.

Oliver said he was honoured to have been recognised as an LGBT Great 2021 Global Top 100 Executive Ally.
“It’s really important to me that our organisation is welcoming and brings diversity of thought of ideas," he said. "I want everyone to feel comfortable, to be able to be themselves, and that extends to our LGBT+ members in every way."
A proud LGBT ally, throughout his career Oliver has spoken out, supported and advocated for equality from both an internal and external lens.
Across the business, improving diversity and inclusion is one of our strategic priorities. As well as our LGBTQ+ employee network Kaleidoscope, we have run several workshops, webinars and events with external speakers to both educate and empower our employees.
“We’ve made a lot of progress in the last few years, including hitting our target early for female representation at senior levels and becoming a Disability Confident Leader,” said Oliver. “We’re also planning to publish ethnicity representation targets soon. We were proud to be recognised for our Commitment to Diversity at the 2020 IPE Awards. But we have a lot more work to do.”
