If you’ve recently contacted us or used our member website you may have received an email inviting you to complete a survey about your experience of dealing with our member services team. By providing your honest feedback, you’ll help us understand how well we’re serving you and what we can do to improve.
The email is from us but the survey is administered by The Leadership Factor on behalf of the Institute of Customer Service (ICS). Please rest assured they won’t be able to access any of your personal information.
The survey is open until the 13th September 2020 and takes around 10 minutes to complete.
By completing the survey you’ll help us achieve a second term of ServiceMark accreditation. ServiceMark is a national standard awarded by the ICS in recognition of an organisation's achievement in customer service, and its commitment to upholding those standards.
We achieved accreditation in February 2018. Accreditation is awarded for a three year period and, as that period ends in six months’ time, we’re now working towards achieving a second term of accreditation. So we need to survey members, and staff, again to make sure we’re maintaining the high standards we’ve set ourselves and can continue improving the service we provide to you.
