We're excited to be putting together two fundraising events with our charity partner Mind in Croydon for World Mental Health Day next Thursday, 10 October.
Join us to explore The 5 Ways To Wellbeing – a fun, free event from 12pm to 5pm at Fairfield Halls, Croydon.
Tickets are also now on sale for our variety comedy show – Mental Health Is Not A Joke, 7:30pm at Fairfield Halls.
Mental health problems are very common
It’s estimated that we each have a 1 in 4 chance of experiencing a mental health problem at some point in our life.
At any given time, 1 in 6 of the adult population will be experiencing symptoms of a mental health problem.
World Mental Health Day is an opportunity to raise awareness that we all need to take positive steps to support our own wellbeing.

More about Mind in Croydon
Mind in Croydon have provided services in Croydon for 50 years. Each year they support many hundreds of people directly through their services.
They also provide information and advice to many thousands more.
Last year, they supported more people than ever before. They managed this at a time when their own financial support to do this work was greatly reduced.
Come along to our events this Thursday to raise funds and awareness for our brilliant partner charity.
