A win at the IPE Awards 2022

We're delighted to announce that we are the joint winners of the Best UK Pension Fund category at the IPE Awards 2022. 

The prestigious awards are well-respected and reward excellence in Europe’s diverse and innovative pensions industry.

The judges highlighted our “steady performance, with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) at the heart of our investment strategy”.

This win recognises our efforts to be a leading responsible investor and the progress we have made over the past year in the following areas:

improving our access to insightful ESG-related data (especially in private markets)

the continued adoption and evolution of ESG practices by our external managers across all markets

supporting several ESG-themed opportunities, including a fund specialising in resilience infrastructure, social housing investment, and seeding an afforestation fund that plants new areas of woodland.

The IPE Awards is the largest annual gathering of pension funds in Europe with each category judged by a group of European peers.
