Oliver Morley

Oliver has been Chief Executive of the PPF since 2018. He is responsible for overseeing our day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.

He had been Chief Executive of DVLA with over 45 million customers and £6 billion of revenue since 2014. Before this, he was Chief Executive and Keeper of The National Archives from 2010.

Prior to this, Oliver worked at Thomson Reuters in a range of senior global and regional roles, from FX and Money Markets to market data and technology. Oliver has also worked in the technology and shipping industries, and in Corporate Treasury.

Oliver graduated from Cambridge University in 1993 and received an MBA from London Business School in 1998. He was awarded a CBE in 2017 for his work in digital services. He is a non-executive director of Kodak Alaris.

Oliver is leaving the PPF on the 31st January to take up a new role as the Chief Executive of The Money and Pensions Service (MaPS).
