The Panel and Framework will collectively cover many of the services that were provided under the previous Trustee and Support Services Panel, to support scheme trustees through our assessment period and provide advice on restructuring and pre-insolvency discussions and negotiations. Additionally, we’ll work with the appointed firms to seek new and innovative ways to provide more support to trustees.
We're pleased to announce Dalriada, IGG, Open Trustees, and Vidett will continue to provide trustee services for both underfunded and overfunded schemes during the assessment period, as part of our Trustee Services Panel.
Our new RPIS Framework aims to support stressed schemes at the pre-insolvency stage, ensuring the best outcomes by avoiding insolvency where possible or facilitating a smooth transition through to assessment. We're pleased to welcome BDO, Grant Thornton, Interpath, Isio, LCP, Menzies, PWC, RSM, Teneo, Cardano, and S&W on board to support trustees in this critical area.
