Today, we've announced that David Taylor, our Executive Director and General Counsel, whose responsibilities include Strategy, Policy, Legal and Levy, will be leaving the PPF at the end of the year.
David has been with the PPF since 2005 and has played a key role in developing our organisation’s core proposition as well as shaping its future strategy, both as a member of the executive leadership team and our Board. He has led our work with levy payers and government alike and played a vital part in the PPF’s evolution to date.
Michelle Ostermann, our Chief Executive, said, "I would like to thank David for his significant contribution to the PPF, and our work to support all those who rely on us, while protecting the defined benefit pensions of millions more. We are grateful for his dedication and leadership and wish him every success in the future.”
Kate Jones, our Chair added, “David has made an important contribution to the Board and his insight and long-standing commitment has been invaluable to our work. We wish him well.”
David Taylor commented, "I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at the PPF and am pleased to have played my part in the creation and evolution of such an important organisation. I will follow the next phase of the PPF’s journey with interest and want to thank my colleagues past and present for their support and enthusiasm. The belief of our teams in the purpose and value of our work is an important factor in the organisation’s success. Time and again I have seen colleagues go the extra mile for our members, stakeholders and each other.”
